Fincas & rural estates
Whitewashed Ibicenco fincas, modern Sacred-Geometry houses, countryside villas with pool, olive groves and clastra courtyards. The island’s signature production look.
Explore villas & fincas โ
The broad production hub for Ibiza: fincas, villas, beaches, urban architecture, studios and classic-car fleets. One curated roster for film, stills, commercial and content shoots โ scouted, measured and verified by a team that has worked on every property.
Lovely Locations has been scouting, shooting and stewarding Ibiza properties for more than a decade. Every finca, villa, beach, studio and vehicle on this page has been walked by us โ power supply checked, catering-truck access measured, golden-hour light tested, owners briefed on what a film day actually involves.
“Production” on this page is deliberately broad: feature film, TV commercial, fashion editorial, campaign stills, music video, brand content, influencer shoot. If you already know you want a villa, a beach or a film-specific brief, we have narrower specialist pages for those โ this is the panoramic view of what the island can do.

Whitewashed Ibicenco fincas, modern Sacred-Geometry houses, countryside villas with pool, olive groves and clastra courtyards. The island’s signature production look.
Explore villas & fincas โQuiet north-coast coves, red-rock backdrops, cliffside cuts, pine-forested interior and the unmistakable Es Vedrรก horizon. Permits handled where needed.
Explore outdoor โ
Dalt Vila’s medieval streets, port-town architecture, design hotels, a professional recording studio and pastel Art-Deco interiors for editorial and music content.
Explore film locations โIbiza averages over three hundred days of sunshine โ the island’s entire visual reputation, from whitewashed walls to salt-flat shimmer, is built on a reliable Mediterranean light window from roughly April through October.
Pine-forested interior, UNESCO-listed Dalt Vila, twenty-minute-drive beaches and cliffside villas. You can shoot a rustic finca brief in the morning, a beach editorial at golden hour, and an urban cover shot after dinner โ all on the same day.
The Balearic Islands run Spain’s highest film incentive โ up to a 30% tax rebate on qualifying production spend โ and the Ibiza Film Commission exists specifically to coordinate permits, paperwork and public-space filming. Most islands don’t give you that.
Power supply, generator lay-down, catering-truck access, crew-room capacity, sound cut-offs โ we check all of it before a property joins the roster. An Instagram-beautiful finca that can’t take a tech scout isn’t useful on the day.
Over twenty years of commercial production on the island means a deep bench of local first ADs, production assistants, grip teams, catering, transport and picture vehicles โ including a dedicated classic-car fleet built for shoots.
May, June, late September and early October deliver summer-grade light at off-peak rates, with villas and crew actually available. Winter runs for moody, empty-island briefs and post-production residencies at 40โ60% of peak pricing.

Six of the nine above are individual /members/ properties; three link through to sibling specialist pages to give you a fuller look at the roster.
Search all locations โIbiza concentrates an unusual amount of shooting variety into a small island footprint โ UNESCO-listed Dalt Vila, pine-forested interior, Caribbean-like coves and modern architect-designed villas all sit within a forty-minute radius of the airport. The climate provides over three hundred days of sunshine a year, producing the clean Mediterranean light that first drew fashion and advertising crews here in the nineteen-seventies. Layer on top an active Balearic film incentive, the Ibiza Film Commission for permits and a two-decade-deep bench of local crew, and you have infrastructure that genuinely supports feature film, commercial, stills and content production โ not just Instagram holiday content dressed up as a shoot.
This is our broadest Ibiza production hub: we built it for anyone who already knows they need an Ibiza location but hasn’t yet narrowed the brief to a specific format. It covers feature film, TV drama, commercials, branded content and brand campaigns, fashion editorial and look books, music videos, influencer and creator shoots, wrap parties and production-adjacent events. If your brief is tightly defined โ film only, villas only, photo only โ our sibling pages go deeper with archetype-matched shortlists and more specific crew and permit notes. Otherwise, start here and we will route from the panoramic view down to the right specialist list.
The Ibiza production roster breaks into five recognisable archetypes. Fincas deliver the whitewashed traditional Ibicenco look โ stone walls, bougainvillea, clastra courtyards and olive groves. Modern villas and design houses cover the clean-line cliffside and Sacred-Geometry-era brief that has dominated fashion shoots for a decade. Beaches and coves run from busy south-coast icons to the quieter red-rock north โ each with their own permit profile. Urban covers Dalt Vila’s medieval centre, the port, San Antonio and pastel-era hotel interiors. Outdoor wraps the pine forests, salt flats and interior countryside that form the connective tissue between the headline locations. Most real shoots mix three or four of these across one or two days.
Permits on public land โ beaches, Dalt Vila, municipal streets, salt flats โ are coordinated by the Ibiza Film Commission and the local ayuntamiento; private locations on our roster are contracted directly through us and do not require public permits, but drone work, road closures and very large crews still do. The Balearic tax rebate can materially change your budget line if the production entity is set up correctly, and it is worth asking your producer about well before locking locations. Practical things we recommend confirming before your tech scout: three-phase power availability, catering-truck and grip-truck access, local sound cut-off times, overnight crew accommodation on or near the property, and whether your shoot date clashes with one of the summer party-season weekends that stretch the entire island’s logistics capacity. We help with all of this.
Tell us the format, date window and rough brief, and we come back inside twenty-four hours with a shortlist of three to six Ibiza locations โ availability-checked, with real photos, capacity notes, permit status and an honest pros-and-cons view for your specific production. The shortlist itself is free; the full agency fee only applies if you move forward with a scoped location and production package.
Everything Ibiza does for professional visual production โ feature film and TV drama, commercials, fashion editorial, campaign stills, music videos, branded content and creator shoots. It spans villas, fincas, beaches, Dalt Vila and urban interiors, a dedicated recording studio and a classic-car fleet. If your brief is already narrowed to a single format we have specialist sibling pages for film, villas and photo; this page is the panoramic starting point.
For private locations on our roster you don’t need a public permit โ the property owner contracts directly through us. For public land โ beaches, Dalt Vila, municipal streets and the salt flats โ permits are coordinated by the Ibiza Film Commission and the relevant ayuntamiento, and you will also need permits for drone work, road closures and very large crews even on private land. We handle permit paperwork as part of our production package.
Yes. The Balearic Islands โ which include Ibiza, Mallorca and Formentera โ run Spain’s highest regional film incentive, up to a thirty per cent rebate on qualifying spend for eligible productions. The exact percentage and conditions vary by production type and year, and the production entity has to be set up correctly to claim it, so it is worth asking early in prep. The Ibiza Film Commission can point you to current official guidance.
May, June, late September and early October deliver the cleanest summer-grade Mediterranean light with none of the August logistics chaos, and villas and crew are actually available. July and August are peak demand: light is strong but the whole island’s capacity โ crew, transport, accommodation โ is stretched by party season, and rates climb. Winter is quiet, moody and cheap โ useful for indoor-heavy briefs, post-production residencies and creator trips at forty to sixty per cent of peak rates.
Yes โ most of our real production bookings run two to five days across three or four locations. A typical two-day commercial might be a finca on day one, a beach at golden hour on day one or day two, and Dalt Vila or a design hotel on the evening of day two. Drive times are short โ nothing on the island is more than forty minutes from anywhere else โ so multi-location shoots are genuinely practical.
Send date window, production format, approximate crew size, rough budget range and any mood-board references to our contact form. You will get back three to six shortlisted Ibiza locations inside twenty-four hours โ availability-checked, with real photos, capacity notes, permit status and honest pros-and-cons for your specific brief. No obligation, no drip sequence, no signup wall.
