Most productions on our roster run small to mid-size: a five- to fifteen-person editorial unit through to twenty- to forty-person commercial crews with talent, HMU, stylists and agency. Local Ibiza and Formentera crew is solid for DoP, camera operator, sound, gaffer, grip, AC, production assistants and drivers. Specialist heads of department (SFX, stunts, large-rig lighting) are usually flown in from Barcelona or Madrid. At minimum, productions need civil liability (third-party) cover and equipment cover sufficient for the kit on set — councils routinely ask to see a valid policy certificate as part of the permit file.
