For productions, confirm three-phase power, catering-truck access (San Juan hills have narrow roads), and whether the venue can host a pre-event recce before lock-in.
Booking a single villa direct is often simpler for a 40-guest dinner. Agencies earn their seat when the event needs either (a) a curated shortlist across formats so the client can choose confidently, (b) multi-venue programmes over three or four days (welcome at a beach club, dinner at a finca, closing at a palace hotel), or (c) production layers — permits, transport, sound, lighting, crew. We don’t markup venue rates; scoping and coordination is a separate fee you see up front.

Tell us the date and we’ll filter to venues you can take over end-to-end on that day — the whole property becomes yours, no other guests, no other events.

Outdoor amplified sound cut-offs at most private venues are 23:00 or 00:00 — earlier than mainland Europe expects. Indoor music can run later.
