Each villa has either a covered porch, salon or terrace that holds a twelve-to-twenty-person circle. Most also have a flat patch of garden or gravel for cold plunge, sauna tent, sound bath or movement work running in parallel.

Ibiza airport is fifteen to forty minutes from every villa on this page. Guests flying in from London, Berlin or Zurich can be mat-down, shoes-off, first-meal-eaten within four hours of takeoff — important when you’re front-loading a five-to-ten-day programme.
Not every “wellness villa” is set up for every format. A nutrition and fasting week wants a strong chef-grade kitchen, reliable cold storage for produce deliveries, and bedrooms far enough apart that guests can retreat through a hard day of cleanse. A breathwork or trauma-release weekend wants a large indoor room with rugs, no hard corners, good airflow, and neighbours who won’t call when people get loud. A men’s group wants a fire pit, outdoor ground for sharing circles, plunge access and space to simply move. We brief each villa on the specific modality before shortlisting, because the difference between the right space and the almost-right space becomes obvious by day three.
Permanent cold plunges are rare in Ibiza villas; portable setups are the norm. A good retreat villa needs a shaded flat patch near the pool or garden tap for a chest freezer conversion or inflatable tub, electrical access for a chiller if you’re running one, and an owner comfortable with the setup for a full week. We can point you to villas suited to this and flag where it needs advance warning. Ibiza’s cold sea (December through May especially) also works as a natural alternative for coastal villas with cove access — guests walk down, immerse, walk back. Same benefit, zero equipment.
Most of our villas are self-catered at the venue level, which means you bring or hire the chef. Ibiza has a strong freelance chef community specialising in plant-based, fasting-protocol, ayurvedic and macrobiotic menus, with suppliers from the Sant Joan and Forada markets and organic veg box deliveries from inland producers. We introduce chefs we have worked with, confirm villa owner policies on external chefs and kitchen residency, and flag any villas with in-house chef options for full-board retreats.
Typical wellness retreats in Ibiza run five to ten days for groups of ten to twenty-four guests. A seven-day arc is the sweet spot for depth without fatigue — shorter weeks compress integration, longer ones need strong facilitator stamina. Most villas work best at group size twelve to sixteen with everyone in singles or couples, scaling to twenty-plus if you accept twin rooms. Our larger estates (Can Arte, Villa Jondal, Can Felipe) can host the upper range with a second facilitator and assistant on site. Programme density matters too: we’ll flag villas that fit three sessions per day cleanly, versus ones where acoustics push you outdoors.

We’re not a concierge by default — but we introduce the people we’ve worked with and leave the relationship with you.
Policies vary by owner and by programme. Many of our fincas are family-friendly in principle, and a smaller subset welcome well-behaved dogs with notice. In practice most wellness hosts run adults-only weeks because the container benefits from it — plant-medicine-adjacent formats and deeper emotional work especially. We can filter to child-free, pet-friendly, or fully flexible villas depending on what your retreat needs.
For peak retreat weeks — May, June, September and early October — six to nine months out is realistic for a specific villa, twelve months for the best-known ones. Winter, early spring and late-autumn retreats can sometimes fall into place at six to ten weeks’ notice. Longer wellness weeks (seven to ten days) compete with whole-week villa rentals in peak season, so we recommend starting earlier. Send us the target dates even if they aren’t fully locked — we can place soft holds on two or three options while you finalise facilitators and guest numbers.
