Canterra is a former sandstone quarry transformed into a monumental living and creative space carved directly into the earth. Located in Menorca, the project preserves the raw beauty of the excavated stone while introducing minimal architectural interventions — light, openings, and essential furnishings — to create a timeless atmosphere between cave, sanctuary, and contemporary architecture. Primitive yet refined, Canterra blurs the boundary between nature and habitation.
